A tray-baked version of the classic Italian fudge, enhanced with Bis cookies for an explosion of flavor.

Ingredients
- 2cans de Sweetened condensed milk ~R$ 10,00
- 8tablespoons de Cocoa powder ~R$ 3,00Substitui por: cacau em pó
- 1small carton de Heavy cream ~R$ 4,00
- 130g de Marie cookies (or similar plain, crisp cookie) ~R$ 3,00
- 1package de Bis cookies ~R$ 5,00
Instructions
In a saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and heavy cream.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and begins to pull away from the bottom of the pan.
Dica: Do not cook until it reaches the consistency for rolling fudge balls.
Remove from heat and add 100g of the Marie cookies, roughly broken up. Mix well.
Spread half of the chocolate mixture into a serving dish or small casserole pan.
Chop the Bis cookies and scatter them over the chocolate layer.
Cover with the remaining chocolate mixture.
Crush the remaining 30g of Marie cookies and finish by sprinkling them over the dessert.
Add chopped Bis cookies for garnish. Serve.
