Ingredients

Instructions
In the blender, add the eggs, oil, milk, sugar, and the drained whole kernel corn (without the liquid from the can).
Blend the ingredients in the blender until the corn is completely ground and the mixture resembles a smooth cream.
Add the cornmeal, all-purpose flour, and baking powder to the cream mixture in the blender.
Blend briefly just to fully incorporate the dry ingredients into the batter; do not over-mix.
Dica: Do not blend for too long after adding the dry ingredients.
Transfer the batter to a greased and floured pan.
Bake in the preheated air fryer at 350°F (180°C) for approximately 20 minutes, or use a conventional oven if preferred.
