Ingredients
- 75g de Unsalted butter ~R$ 3,00
- 1cup de Sugar ~R$ 2,00
- 2 de Eggs ~R$ 1,50
- 1/2teaspoon de Vanilla extract opcional ~R$ 1,00
- 1/2cup de Milk ~R$ 1,00
- 1,5cup de All-purpose flour ~R$ 3,00Substitui por: farinha de arroz, mix sem gluten
- 2teaspoon de Baking powder ~R$ 1,00
- 80g de Chocolate sprinkles ~R$ 6,00
- Confectioners' sugar opcional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Grease and flour a rectangular cake pan.
In a bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, and eggs.
Add the vanilla extract and milk. Mix well.
Sift the all-purpose flour and baking powder over the mixture.
Dica: Sifting helps incorporate air for a lighter, fluffier cake.
Fold in the chocolate sprinkles gently with a spatula.
Dica: Do not overmix to prevent developing the gluten.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Dica: If it browns too quickly, cover it loosely with aluminum foil.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and turn out onto a rack to cool completely.
Dust with confectioners' sugar (optional) and serve.
