Ingredients
- drizzle de Olive oil
- 500g de Ground beef
- 1 de Onion
- 1 de Bell pepper
- 4cloves de Garlic
- Salt
- Crushed red pepper flakes
- 10 de Olives
- 1can de Canned tomatoes
- 1tablespoon de Mustard
- 1pinch de Sugar
- Water
- 1pinch de Oregano
Instructions
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan and add the ground beef (top round cut is recommended), browning it well.
Dica: Use the ground beef of your choice.
Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, along with the four minced cloves of garlic, to the browned beef.
Season the mixture with salt and crushed red pepper flakes; continue cooking until the seasonings are soft and slightly golden.
Incorporate the approximately 10 sliced olives and the can of tomatoes into the preparation.
Add one tablespoon of mustard and a pinch of sugar to balance the acidity, plus a little water to slightly thin the sauce.
Dica: Sugar helps to mask the acidic flavor of the tomato sauce.
Adjust the seasoning again with salt and crushed red pepper flakes, mixing all ingredients well.

Let the sauce simmer over low heat for approximately 5 minutes so the flavors can meld.
