A recipe for oven-roasted salmon fillet, seasoned with lemon and served with a delicious creamy sauce made with garlic, mustard, and heavy cream.

Ingredients
- 1piece de Salmon fillet
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1,5piece de Lemon
- 1piece de Onion
- 1clove de Garlic
- 1/2small carton de Heavy creamSubstitui por: iogurte natural
- 1tablespoon de Mustard
- Chives
Instructions
Lightly grease the bottom of a baking dish with a drizzle of olive oil and place the salmon fillet skin-side down.
Drizzle the salmon with a little olive oil and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Arrange a few lemon slices, quarters of the onion, and one clove of garlic (skin on) over the fish.
Squeeze half a lemon over the fish.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes (plus the remaining cooking time).
Once the fish reaches the desired doneness, remove the dish from the oven and take out the roasted garlic clove.
Peel the skin off the roasted garlic clove and transfer it to a separate bowl, mashing it with a fork (or chopping, if preferred).
Dica: If you prefer, you can chop the garlic instead of mashing it.
Prepare the sauce by mixing the mashed garlic with half a carton of heavy cream, one tablespoon of mustard, and the juice of half a squeezed lemon.
Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste and stir in sliced chives.
Serve the roasted salmon immediately accompanied by the prepared sauce.
