Delicious Christmas cookies to decorate the holiday table.

Ingredients
- 350g de All-purpose flour
- 1teaspoon de Baking soda
- 1teaspoon de Ground ginger
- 1/2teaspoon de Ground cinnamon
- 120g de Cold unsalted butter
- 175g de Light brown sugarSubstitui por: açúcar de coco
- 1 de Egg
- 6tablespoon de Cane molasses
- 1/2cup de Confectioners' sugar opcional
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, ginger, and cinnamon.
Add the cold butter cut into cubes to the dry mixture and mix with your hands until you achieve a sandy, crumbly texture.
Add the brown sugar and mix again with your hands.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and cane molasses.
Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix with your hands until a uniform dough forms.
Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface.
Cut the cookies with a cookie cutter into your desired shapes.
Place the cookies on a greased baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.
Let cool and dust with confectioners' sugar (optional).
