- 3 de Eggs
- 1cup de Whole milkSubstitui por: leite vegetal
- 1/2cup de Oil
- 100g de Grated Parmesan cheese
- 3cups de Sweet tapioca starch
- Salt
- 1tablespoon de Baking powder
- 1cup de Creamy cheese spread (like cream cheese or Catupiry substitute)
- 50g de Grated Parmesan cheese (for topping) opcional

liquidificarIn a blender, add the eggs, milk, and oil.

liquidificarAdd the grated Parmesan cheese and blend until incorporated.

misturarPour the mixture into a bowl and add the sweet tapioca starch.

assarPour half of the batter into a greased and floured pan.
