Super easy cheese bread recipe, made in the blender (or immersion blender), which yields a lot and is delicious with a mix of starches.

Ingredients
- Milk
- Oil
- Egg
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Sour tapioca starch
- Sweet tapioca starch
- Salt
Instructions
In the blender (or using an immersion blender), add the milk, oil, egg, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
Process the liquid ingredients and cheeses until you have a smooth mixture.
Add the sour tapioca starch (for crispiness) and the sweet tapioca starch (for elasticity), along with the salt, to the mixture.
Blend all ingredients again until the dough is well incorporated.
Divide the cheese bread batter into the available muffin tins.
Dica: Use the muffin tins you have at home.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
