- Sweet tapioca starch (Polvilho Doce)
- Semi-cured cheese (or Monterey Jack/Mild Cheddar)Substitui por: mussarela
- Parmesan cheese
- small amount de Milk
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the egg, oil, and a pinch of salt, mixing well until all components are incorporated.
Add the sweet tapioca starch, the semi-cured cheese (or mozzarella/Monterey Jack), and the Parmesan cheese to the mixture. Start incorporating with a spatula and then use your hands to knead.
Dica: Continue kneading until the dough looks dry.
Gradually add the milk, little by little, while continuing to mix, until the dough clumps together and forms a single cohesive ball. Be careful not to add too much.
Dica: Do not overdo the amount of milk, so the dough doesn't become too soft.
Shape the dough by rolling it out into an elongated strip.
Use a fork to make indentations on the strip of dough before unrolling it to form the crackers.
Arrange the crackers on a baking sheet that has been lightly greased with oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F [200°C] for approximately 20 minutes, or until the crackers have a light golden color.
