Ingredients
- 1unit de Brioche bun
- 500g de Ground beef
- 3tablespoon de Butter
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1unit de Onion
- Cheddar cheese
- French fries opcional
- Creamy cheese spread
Instructions

Slice the brioche bun in half and set aside

refogarMelt the butter in a pan and sauté the onion

cozinharAdd the ground beef and seasonings to the pan and cook until nicely browned and dry

misturarAdd the cheddar cheese and creamy cheese spread to the ground beef and mix well

Spoon the filling onto the bottom half of the brioche bun and top with french fries (if desired)

gratinarBrush the top half of the brioche bun with butter and place it on top; briefly broil to melt and brown the cheese
