Recipe for a flavorful and creamy flank steak pasta dish.

Ingredients
- 1kg de Flank steak
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
- Salt
- 2packets de Tomato paste
- 500ml de Water
- 150g de Bacon
- 1/2unit de Onion
- 3cloves de Garlic
- Leek
- 1/2package de Spaghetti pasta
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a pressure cooker.
Add the flank steak cut into cubes and season with black pepper and salt.
Let the meat brown until it releases water and begins to dry out.
Add the tomato paste and water, and mix well.
Cover the pressure cooker and cook for 40 minutes, or until the meat is fall-apart tender.
Drain the meat and shred it.
Heat the bacon in a skillet and cook until crispy.
Add the chopped onion, garlic, and leek, and sauté until soft.
Add the cooked pasta and mix thoroughly with the sauce.
Finish by sprinkling grated Parmesan cheese on top.
