Ingredients

  • 1kg de Flank steak
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • 2packets de Tomato paste
  • 500ml de Water
  • 150g de Bacon
  • 1/2unit de Onion
  • 3cloves de Garlic
  • Leek
  • 1/2package de Spaghetti pasta
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a pressure cooker.

Add the flank steak cut into cubes and season with black pepper and salt.

Let the meat brown until it releases water and begins to dry out.

Add the tomato paste and water, and mix well.
