- 3tablespoons de Margarine or butter
- 3tablespoons de All-purpose flour
- 450ml de Milk
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1small carton / box de Heavy cream
Instructions

Melt the butter in a saucepan.

Add the all-purpose flour and cook for a few minutes.
Dica: Cook the flour thoroughly so it doesn't taste raw.

Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly.

Add salt and black pepper, and stir well.

Cook for a few more minutes and stir in the heavy cream.
