- 3units de Stale bread
- 1can or box de Sweetened condensed milk
- 500ml de Milk
- 100g de Shredded coconut
- 3units de Eggs

- 1/2cup de Water
Instructions

derreterPrepare the caramel by mixing the sugar and water in a saucepan and cooking until the sugar melts.

desmancharBreak up the stale bread and add it to the blender.

baterAdd the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, milk, and shredded coconut to the blender and blend until smooth.

banho-mariaPour the mixture into a greased pan and bake in a water bath (bain-marie) for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let it cool.
