- 1cup de Rice
- 2cup de Water
- 4unit de Whole Cloves
- 1cup de Milk
- 3pieces de Cinnamon Sticks
- 2scoops de Beijinho Flavored Powder/Mix
- 1cup de Milk (to dissolve flavoring)
- Ground Cinnamon opcional
Instructions
Begin cooking the rice by adding the rice, water, and whole cloves to a saucepan.
Dica: Use the saucepan lid slightly ajar.
Cook the rice for approximately 12 minutes, until the water has been absorbed.
Add one cup of milk to the pre-cooked rice and stir until a creamy texture is achieved.
Add the pieces of cinnamon stick to the mixture to infuse flavor.
In a separate container, dissolve the two scoops of Beijinho flavored powder in one cup of milk.
Dica: The flavoring powder provides an incredible touch to the rice pudding.
Incorporate the flavoring mixture and milk into the rice pudding, stirring well.
Continue cooking until the rice pudding reaches the desired creaminess.
Serve the rice pudding warm or cold, finishing with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, if desired.
