Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken breast fillets
- Corn Flakes (unsweetened)
- to taste de Salt
- to taste de Black pepper
- to taste de Smoked paprika
- Minced garlic

- 3tablespoons de Sweet Chili SauceSubstitui por: geléia de pimenta
- 3tablespoons de Soy Sauce (Shoyu)
- 3tablespoons de Honey
- Sesame seeds opcional
- Scallions (Green onions) opcional
Instructions
Season the chicken fillets with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix well.
Crush the Corn Flakes into smaller pieces by hand.
Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk.
Dredge the fillets by dipping them in the egg, then coating them in the crushed Corn Flakes, pressing to adhere well.
Lightly grease a baking sheet. Arrange the breaded fillets on the pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
For the sauce, combine the Sweet Chili Sauce, Soy Sauce, Honey, and garlic in a saucepan.
Heat over medium heat until it thickens slightly (about 3 minutes).
Toss the baked chicken fillets in the sauce.
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped scallions to finish.
