Ingredients
- 200g de Spaghetti ~R$ 5,00Substitui por: penne, fusilli
- 250g de Cherry tomatoes ~R$ 7,00Substitui por: tomate pelado
- 1handful de Basil ~R$ 3,00Substitui por: orégano
- 2cloves de Garlic ~R$ 1,00
- to taste de Salt ~R$ 0,50
- to taste de Black pepper ~R$ 0,50
- 4tablespoons de Olive oil ~R$ 4,00Substitui por: óleo vegetal
- to taste de Parmesan cheese opcional ~R$ 5,00Substitui por: queijo pecorino
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over low heat.
Add the sliced garlic and lightly brown it.
Dica: Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet.
Cook for about 7 minutes over medium heat.
Mash the tomatoes to release their juices.
Chop the basil leaves and add them to the sauce.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, following package directions.
Season the sauce with salt and black pepper.
Remove the pasta from the water (without draining completely) and add it to the skillet with the sauce.
Dica: Do not discard the pasta cooking water, in case you need to adjust the sauce consistency.
Mix well and serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
