A surprising and very easy pasta recipe where the sauce is prepared with roasted garlic, cherry tomatoes, and coconut milk.

Ingredients
- 4units de onion
- cherry tomato
- 1pinch de sweet paprika
- 1pinch de oregano
- 1generous drizzle de olive oil
- 1pinch de salt
- 1pinch de black pepper
- 1head de garlic
- 1touch de lemon
- 1small can de coconut milk
- parsley
- cooked pasta
Instructions
Slice the four onions into thin strips.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, using the plate balancing technique.
In a baking dish, arrange the onion slices, seasoning with a little sweet paprika and oregano.
Add the cherry tomatoes to the baking dish and drizzle generously with olive oil.
Make a well in the center of the ingredients in the baking dish and season with salt and black pepper.
Place the head of garlic (with the skin on, top sliced off) into the center well.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake at 350ºF (180ºC) for 1 hour.
Remove the garlic from the oven, squeeze out the roasted pulp, and mix with a touch of lemon juice.
Add the small can of coconut milk and chopped parsley to the garlic pulp and mix well to form the sauce.
Fold the cooked pasta into the prepared sauce and serve to enjoy the result.
