Ingredients
- 1unit de Tortilla
- 110grams de Ground beef
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cheese
- Onion
- Special Sauce opcional
- Pickles
Instructions
Spread the ground beef evenly and firmly over the surface of the tortilla.
Season the meat generously with salt and pepper.
Place the tortilla with the meat onto a very hot griddle, meat-side down, until nicely browned.
Dica: You don't need to add grease to the griddle; it should be perfect as is.
Flip the tortilla and add the cheese, chopped onion, and special sauce over the cooked meat.

Add the pickles on top of the other ingredients.
Fold or roll up the tortilla to finish and remove from the griddle; it should be crispy and golden.
