Ingredients
- Tomato
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Oregano
- 1sprig de Rosemary
- 1sprig de Thyme
- a little de Oil
- a little de Olive oil
Instructions
Cut the tomatoes in half and remove all the seeds.
Generously season the cut tomatoes with salt, black pepper, and oregano.
Place the tomatoes in the air fryer basket, with the cut side facing down to optimize dehydration.
Dica: If your air fryer has a 'dehydrate' function, use it. Otherwise, leave the lid slightly ajar.
If using the oven, arrange the tomatoes on a baking sheet and keep the door slightly ajar by wedging a wooden spoon in it to allow moisture to escape.
Dica: The dehydration process (in either the air fryer or the oven) should be long to dry the tomatoes thoroughly.
After dehydration, add a sprig of rosemary and a sprig of thyme to the dried tomatoes.
Finish by covering the sun-dried tomatoes with a little oil and olive oil.
