Ingredients
- All-purpose flour
- Active dry yeast
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Water
- Olive oil
- Turmeric
- Oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parmesan cheese
- Various cheeses
- Jams/Preserves
- Rosemary opcional
- Fruits opcional
- Nuts opcional
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, active dry yeast, salt, olive oil, and water to prepare the crostini dough.
Knead the dough for 7 minutes and let it rest for 30 minutes.
While the dough rests, prepare the topping by mixing the olive oil, turmeric, oregano, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
After resting, roll out the dough into a very thin layer and spread the prepared topping over it.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the topping.
Bake the crostini in the air fryer at 180ºC for about 15 minutes, or until nicely golden brown.
Assemble the cheese tower by stacking the chosen cheeses and garnish with jams/preserves, rosemary, fruits, and nuts.
