A quick and simple recipe for pork ribs cooked in a pressure cooker with a sweet and sour barbecue, mustard, and honey sauce, ready in under 40 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1kg de cut pork ribs
- 1tablespoon de mayonnaise
- 1tablespoon de pork rub
- 1/2teaspoon de paprika
- 1pinch de salt
- 1tablespoon de Worcestershire sauce
- 1unit de lime juice
- oil
- 3/4cup de barbecue sauce
- 0,333cup de honey mustard
- 250ml de cola soft drink
- fresh herbs (cilantro/parsley mix) opcional
Instructions
Season the cut pork ribs (about 3-4 fingers thick) by mixing them with mayonnaise, pork rub, paprika, a pinch of salt, Worcestershire sauce, and the juice of one lime.
Dica: Let the ribs marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour to fully absorb the seasonings.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker over medium-high heat and brown the rib pieces well on all sides.
Dica: Browning the meat well helps give color and flavor to the dish.
Add the barbecue sauce, honey mustard, and cola soft drink to the pot, ensuring all the seasoning from the meat is utilized (rinse the sauce container with the soft drink if necessary).
Dica: The cola soft drink will create the base broth for pressure cooking.
Close the pressure cooker and cook for 30 minutes after the pressure starts building.
Dica: At the end of this time, the meat should be tender and juicy.
Turn off the heat and release the pressure from the pot. Open the lid and return the pot to the medium-high heat.

Let the sauce reduce for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens and coats the ribs well.
