Ingredients
- 400g de Pork Tenderloin
- 1tablespoon de Olive Oil
- 1/2unit de Lemon

Instructions
In a bowl, season the pieces of pork tenderloin with olive oil, the juice of half a lemon, salt, white ground pepper, and garlic powder (or fresh minced/crushed garlic).
Dica: It’s best to season the meat the day before or let it marinate for at least one hour so it fully absorbs the flavor.
Take each seasoned piece of meat and wrap it tightly with a strip of bacon.
Dica: The bacon adds necessary moisture, as pork tenderloin is a lean cut.
Thread the bacon-wrapped pieces of meat onto skewers, using several skewers per kabob to ensure the bacon doesn't unravel during cooking as it tends to shrink.
Dica: After cooking, you can remove the extra skewers and leave only one for serving, if desired.
Arrange the skewers in the basket of the preheated Air Fryer.
Cook in the Air Fryer at 400°F (200°C) for a period of 20 to 30 minutes, checking for doneness during the process.
Dica: If you want them to brown evenly, flip the skewers halfway through the cooking time.
If using a conventional oven, bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C), turning the skewers to ensure they brown on all sides.
