Recipe to prepare a complete homemade seasoning mix, ideal for replacing store-bought seasonings, by blending fresh ingredients in a blender and covering with oil.

Ingredients
- 3units de red onion
- aromatic chile pepper
- finger chili pepper
- 1/3stalk de parsley stalks
- 1/3stalk de cilantro
- garlic
- bay leaf
- 75ml de vegetable oil
- 1/2teaspoon de salt
Instructions
Roughly chop the three red onions into small pieces to facilitate blending.
Dica: Cut into smaller pieces so the blender works better.
Chop the aromatic chile pepper and the finger chili pepper. The use of seeds is optional, at the preparer's discretion.
Dica: You can choose to remove the seeds if you prefer a less spicy seasoning.
Add a third of a stalk of parsley and a third of a stalk of cilantro to the blender (if you dislike cilantro, omit it).
Dica: Don't worry about adding cilantro if you don't appreciate the flavor.
Add the garlic, keeping the peels on. The bay leaves should also be added at this time.
Dica: Leaving the garlic peel on might be part of a technique that will be explained in another video.
Add approximately 60 to 80 ml of oil (about half a cup) and half a teaspoon of salt to the blender.
Blend all ingredients together. Do not add more oil, as the onion will release liquid during the process.
Dica: Assist the blender if necessary, ensuring everything is processed uniformly.
Transfer the blended seasoning to a suitable container (like a glass jar) using a spatula.
Dica: Use a 'bowl scraper' (spatula or scraping utensil) to get all the contents out.
Completely cover the seasoning with vegetable oil and seal the container.
Dica: The oil serves as a natural preservative for the seasoning.
