Ingredients
- 1unit de Head of garlic
- to taste de Salt
- to taste de Olive oil
- to taste de Black pepper
- Hunks Mayonnaise (base)
- to taste de Garlic powder
- to taste de Granulated garlic
- to taste de Raw garlic
- to taste de Meyer lemon zest
- to taste de Meyer lemon juice
- to taste de Hunks honey mustard
Instructions
Remove the top layer (cap) of a head of garlic. Place the garlic on a sheet of aluminum foil, season with salt, olive oil, and pepper.
Place the wrapped garlic in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cloves are very soft.
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise base (Hunks), garlic powder, granulated garlic, raw garlic, Meyer lemon zest, Meyer lemon juice, honey mustard (Hunks), salt, and pepper to taste.
Add the softened roasted garlic to the remaining ingredients in the bowl.
Blend all ingredients vigorously with an immersion blender until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Dica: After blending, let the aioli rest briefly to let the flavors meld.
