- sour tapioca starch
- grated Parmesan cheese
- diced mozzarella cheese
- cream cheese opcional
- dulce de leche opcional

Instructions
In the blender, first add the wet ingredients: milk, oil, egg, and salt.
Dica: Always put the liquids in the blender first.
Add the sour tapioca starch and blend the mixture until smooth.
Turn off the appliance, scrape down the sides to incorporate everything, and blend again until you have a smooth batter.
Transfer the batter to a bowl and mix in the grated Parmesan cheese and diced mozzarella cheese.
Dica: This batter is very versatile; you can add other fillings if preferred.
Heat your waffle iron and pour approximately 3/4 cup of batter into each section.
Dica: The batter can also be prepared in a skillet, griddle, standard oven pan, or sandwich maker.
Cook the waffle until it is nicely golden brown and toasted.
Serve hot, optionally with cream cheese and dulce de leche, or just with a sprinkle of oregano.
Dica: The suggestion to serve with oregano is reminiscent of the beach version.
