Quick Appetizer for Mother's Day (Ham and Cheese Scrolls)

Spread a layer of cream cheese onto the sliced sandwich bread.

Cover the cream cheese with slices of ham.

Cut the assembled sandwich into vertical strips.

Cut circles out of the mozzarella and then cut each circle in half to mimic rose petals.

Use the mozzarella half-moons to wrap around one end of the bread/ham strips, forming a flower.

Finish the decoration by inserting a small piece of lettuce and half a cherry tomato at the base or center of the flower, representing the green accents and the center.
