Instructions
Process the rice (fresh or leftover), along with a little oil, salt, and water, in a blender or food processor until a smooth batter is formed.
Transfer the batter to a piece of plastic wrap, cover with another sheet of plastic, and use a plate to press and shape the batter into the desired form.
Dica: Repeat the process, shaping the remaining batter.
Heat a skillet well and brown the shaped pieces of batter, flipping them to brown evenly on both sides.
Fill the browned batter with mozzarella, ham, and lettuce, according to your preference.

Return the filled snack to the skillet briefly, just long enough to melt the cheese.
