An easy and quick recipe for ribs and rice cooked in the pressure cooker, a flavorful dish that will make your mouth water.

Ingredients
- Bacon
- Ribs (Pork or Beef)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Onion
- Garlic
- Carrot
- Sweet and Sour Sauce (or unspecified sauce/ingredient, assuming a bottled marinade)
- Worcestershire Sauce
- 1unit de Bay Leaf
- Water
- Rice
- Green Onion (Scallions)
Instructions
Melt the bacon in a pressure cooker until it is nicely browned.
Season the pieces of ribs with salt and pepper.
Sear the ribs in the rendered bacon fat until they are nicely browned on all sides.
Add the onion, garlic, and carrot to the pot and sauté to incorporate the flavors.
Add the sweet and sour sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and bay leaf to the sautéed mixture.
Pour in enough water to completely cover the ribs.
Cover the pressure cooker and, once it reaches pressure, cook for 30 minutes.
Turn off the heat, allow the pressure to release naturally, and open the cooker.
Add the rice and mix well to incorporate it with the liquid. Adjust the water quantity if necessary.
Cover the pot again and, as soon as it reaches pressure, turn off the heat and let the pressure drop completely.
Remove the lid, stir the ribs and rice, and serve, finishing with chopped green onions sprinkled on top.
Dica: Serve sprinkled with green onions.
