- Shellfish (in shell)
- Squid
- Cooked Octopus
- Shrimp
- Olive Oil
- Onion
- Garlic
- Tomato
- Bell Pepper
- Chili Pepper
- Lemon
- Parsley
- Scallions (Green Onions)
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti in salted, boiling water.
Dica: Reserve the cooked pasta once it reaches your desired doneness.
In a separate skillet, heat the shellfish that are still in their shells.
Dica: After heating, remove the shellfish and set aside for final garnish.
In the same skillet or pan used previously, add olive oil and sauté the onion, garlic, tomato, bell pepper, and chili pepper.
Dica: Make sure the vegetables are well sautéed.
Incorporate the squid, pre-cooked octopus, and shrimp into the sautéed vegetables.
Season the seafood with salt and add lemon juice, sautéing briefly.
Dica: The quick sauté should be brief.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the seafood preparation, keeping the heat on to toss the pasta with the sauce.
Transfer the preparation to a serving plate, sprinkling parsley and scallions over the top.
Use the reserved shellfish to garnish around the edge of the plate.
