Instructions
In the baking dish you will use to bake, place the bananas and mash them vigorously with a fork until you get a mash. Don't worry about eliminating all lumps.
Dica: Leaving small pieces of banana (lumps) makes the bite of the bread more flavorful.
Add the sugar to the banana mash and mix until the ingredients are completely incorporated (homogenized).
Add the previously beaten egg and mix the batter well.
Incorporate the melted creamy margarine into the mixture, stirring carefully.
Add the milk, continuing to mix all components of the batter well.
Sift the all-purpose flour directly over the wet mixture and fold it in until a homogeneous batter forms.
Dica: Sifting helps prevent lumps in the final batter.
Add the baking soda and mix quickly just to incorporate.
Spread the batter evenly in the baking dish (which should be previously greased with margarine and floured).
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) until the bread is nicely browned and fully cooked.
