Instructions
Spread melted chocolate in a silicone mold, ensuring even coverage, and refrigerate for about 10 minutes until set.
In a blender, combine the milk, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and coconut milk.
Dica: The coconut milk is the secret to the creaminess and flavor.
Hydrate the unflavored gelatin powder with water in a separate bowl.
Heat the hydrated gelatin in the microwave for 20 seconds.
Add the melted gelatin to the liquid mixture in the blender and pulse quickly.
Fold the shredded coconut into the pudding mixture, using a spoon or spatula.
Spread hazelnut spread over the set chocolate layer in the mold.
Pour the pudding mixture over the hazelnut spread in the mold.
Refrigerate the dessert until firm.
Cover the pudding bar with more melted chocolate and return to the refrigerator to finish solidifying.
Unmold the pudding bar.
Garnish the dessert with melted white chocolate, shredded coconut, small candies/sweets, and mint leaves.
