Ingredients
- 500ml de Water ~R$ 1,00
- 500ml de Distilled White Vinegar ~R$ 3,00
- 300g de Quality Bologna ~R$ 12,00
- 2units de Habanero or Fresno Chili Pepper ~R$ 2,00
- 1unit de Onion ~R$ 1,00
- 1unit de Yellow Bell Pepper ~R$ 2,00
- 1unit de Carrot ~R$ 1,00
- to taste de Green Herbs (Cilantro/Parsley mix) ~R$ 2,00
- to taste de Salt opcional ~R$ 1,00
Instructions
Cut the onion, bell pepper, and carrot into thin strips.
Cut the chili pepper into very thin strips.
Dica: For a spicier flavor, include the chili seeds.
Cut the slices of bologna in half.
On each half of bologna, place a strip of bell pepper, a strip of onion, a strip of carrot, and a strip of chili pepper.
Roll up the bologna with the vegetables and secure it with a toothpick.
Place the filled bologna rolls in a container with a lid.
Cover the rolls with half vinegar and half water.
Add green herbs and salt to taste.
Dica: The bologna is already salty, so add salt sparingly.
Gently mix by shaking the container.
Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours before serving.
Dica: For a more intense flavor, let it marinate for a longer time.
