Ingredients
- cookies
- butter
- sweetened condensed milk
- heavy cream
- milk
- squeezed lime juice
- gelatin
- water (for gelatin)
- fruit for topping
- flowers for decoration opcional
- honey opcional
Instructions
Crush the cookies in a blender until you have fine crumbs.
Mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a removable-bottom pan.
Pre-bake the pie crust in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.
Bloom the gelatin in the water and heat in the microwave for 20 seconds.
In the blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, milk, and squeezed lime juice.
Add the dissolved gelatin to the blender mixture and blend until fully incorporated.
Pour the mousse over the pre-baked crust and cover the pan with aluminum foil.
Refrigerate the pie until the mousse is firm.
Decorate the pie with chopped fruit, flowers, and drizzle with honey before serving.
