Instructions
In a blender, add the whole eggs, sweetened condensed milk, Ninho Milk Powder, heavy cream, and butter or margarine.
Blend all ingredients in the blender until the mixture is smooth.
Grease a silicone pan (approximately 8 inches in diameter) with butter to make unmolding easier.
Dica: Ensure the pan is microwave-safe.
Pour the pudding batter into the greased pan.
Microwave the pudding on high power for 10 minutes.
Dica: Cooking time may vary depending on your appliance's wattage.
Check for doneness by inserting the tip of a knife; if it comes out clean, the pudding is ready.
Dica: If the knife comes out moist, return it to the microwave for longer, similar to a flan.
Let the pudding cool slightly before unmolding to prevent it from breaking apart.
Dica: Do not unmold while it is still very hot.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing the heavy cream and chocolate-hazelnut spread (or another substitute like dulce de leche) in a bowl until a smooth cream is obtained.
Dica: The sauce can be made by hand, without needing a stovetop or oven.
Unmold the pudding and pour the sauce over the top.
If desired, finish decorating by sprinkling colored sprinkles over the sauce.
Dica: The sprinkles are optional.
