Ingredients
- 3tablespoons de Margarine
- 4 de Eggs
- 1/2cup (200ml) de Milk
- 1can de Sweetened condensed milk
- 50g de Grated cheese
- 100g de Shredded dried coconut
- 1tablespoon de Baking powder opcional
Instructions
Grease your chosen pan (round, cupcake, or rectangular) with butter/margarine, or line a large pan with parchment paper.
Dica: The oven should be preheated to 180 degrees Celsius.
Place all ingredients (margarine, eggs, milk, sweetened condensed milk, grated cheese, shredded coconut, and baking powder, if using) into the blender.
Dica: Turn the oven on while preparing the mixture.
Blend the mixture until it is completely smooth and uniform.
Dica: The mixture should be very well combined.
Pour the batter into paper liners (cupcake style) or into the previously prepared pan.
Dica: You can use individual paper liners or place them in a metal cupcake tray.
Bake the queijadinha in the preheated oven at 180°C.
Dica: If baking in a large round or square pan, the time might be around 35 minutes. If baking individual small units, the time will be shorter.
After baking, remove the queijadinha from the oven and carefully unmold it using a knife around the edge (if not baked in individual liners).
Dica: Queijadinha is usually served inside the paper liners, but the author removed them to show the texture.
