Ingredients
- Bananas
- 2units de Eggs
- 1,5cups de Sugar
- 1pinch de Salt
- 1tablespoon de MargarineSubstitui por: manteiga
- 1cup de Milk
- 3cups de All-purpose flourSubstitui por: farinha de arroz
- 1tablespoon de Baking powder
Instructions
Arrange the sliced bananas on the bottom of the cake pan.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, the corresponding amount of sugar, a pinch of salt, and the margarine.
Add the milk to the previous mixture and whisk lightly.
Add the three cups of all-purpose flour to the liquid batter and mix well.
Fold in the baking powder, stirring gently to finish mixing the batter.
Dica: Give it a light stir when adding the baking powder.
Pour the batter over the bananas already in the pan.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven for approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
Dica: Check for doneness with a toothpick or knife; if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
As soon as you remove the cake from the oven, immediately invert it onto a serving plate to properly set the caramel.
Dica: Inverting the cake while hot is essential for the caramel/bananas.
