Instructions
In a bowl, mix the egg, oil, and sugar until well combined, using your hands.
Gradually add the milk powder and all-purpose flour, alternating with the milk, until the batter is homogeneous.
Finish the batter by adding the vanilla extract and baking powder, mixing gently to incorporate air.
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake until it is done and firm.
After removing from the oven, gently poke the entire surface of the cake with a fork.
Prepare the glaze by combining the melted white chocolate with the heavy cream, mixing well until you achieve a smooth cream.
Spread the glaze over the cake while it is still hot or warm.
On top of the glaze, distribute the corn cereal to create crunchiness.
Finish by generously dusting the top with 'Ninho' milk powder.
