Ingredients
- 3unit de Eggs
- 1,5cup de Rolled oats
- 1/2cup de MilkSubstitui por: leite vegetal
- 1/2cup de CornstarchSubstitui por: fécula de batata, polvilho doce
- 4spoon de Oil or olive oil
- 1spoon de Salt
- 1spoon de Baking powder
- Rolled oats (for sprinkling) opcional
Instructions
Add the eggs to the blender.
Add the oil to the blender.
Add the rolled oats, milk, salt, and cornstarch to the blender.
Blend all ingredients until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Add the baking powder to the mixture and blend briefly to incorporate.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Sprinkle rolled oats on top (optional).
Bake in a preheated oven or air fryer at 350°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Dica: Check with a toothpick to ensure it is cooked through.
