Ingredients
- 2unit de Eggs
- 50ml de Vegetable Oil
- 200ml de Milk
- 1/2cup de Brown Sugar
- 1/2cup de Cornstarch
- 1/4cup de Rice Flour
- 1/3cup de Oat Flour
- 1tablespoon de Baking Powder
- 1unit de Lemon Zest
- 7unit de Bananas
- 1unit de Lemon Juice
- 3/4teaspoon de Ground Cinnamon
- Raisins opcional
- Granola opcional
Instructions
Mix the eggs, vegetable oil, and milk in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar, cornstarch, rice flour, oat flour, baking powder, and ground cinnamon.
Slice the bananas and drizzle them with lemon juice and ground cinnamon.
Grease and flour a loaf pan.
Layer the bananas, dry ingredients, and raisins (if desired), ending with a top layer of dry ingredients.
Pour the liquid ingredient mixture over the layers and sprinkle granola on top, if desired.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
