- 200g de carrot
- 4count de eggs
- 1cup de demerara sugar
- 1pinch de salt
- 1tablespoon de apple cider vinegar
- 1/2cup de oat flour
- 3/4cup de sweet tapioca starch
- 3/4cup de sunflower vegetable oil (or other oil)
- 3/4cup de cornstarch
- 1tablespoon de baking powder
- 10tablespoons de coconut milk
- 4tablespoons de demerara sugar
- 2tablespoons de cocoa powder (50%)
Instructions
Add the chopped carrot, eggs, demerara sugar, salt, apple cider vinegar, and oil to the blender.
Add the oat flour (half a cup), sweet tapioca starch, and cornstarch to the blender and blend the mixture until smooth.
Dica: The narrator corrected the oat flour amount from 3/4 to half a cup.
Transfer the contents of the blender to a bowl, gently mix in the baking powder, making sure to incorporate it well around the edges of the bowl.
