Season the chicken, mixing the Pega Marido seasoning mix, black pepper, salt to taste, and a little mayonnaise to coat all the pieces.
Dica: The mayonnaise helps the seasoning adhere well to the chicken.
Add a little garlic to the chicken seasoning.
Place the chicken pieces and pork ribs in the Air Fryer without adding any fat, as the skin will render plenty of its own fat.
Dica: Position the items separately, without crowding or placing one piece on top of another.
Set the Air Fryer for 15 minutes.
Flip all the pieces to ensure they brown on all sides.
Return the Air Fryer to operation for another 15 minutes, monitoring the process to achieve your desired doneness.
Dica: If you prefer them more browned, cook longer; if you prefer them less browned, remove them sooner.
