Ingredients

- Chicken breast

- Ainomoto (Monosodium Glutamate)
- Black pepper
- Butter
- Soy Sauce
Instructions
Dice the onion into small cubes.
Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise, and then into thinner strips.
Generously season the chicken with salt, Ainomoto, and black pepper.

Melt the butter in a skillet and add the onion and seasoned chicken, sautéing until nicely browned.
