- Sesame oil
- White pepper
- Salt
- Cornstarch

Instructions
Prepare each chicken drumette by removing the joint just below the knuckle; make an incision in the meat below the cartilage and push the meat down toward the other end of the bone.
Dica: Remove the tendon that appears at the exposed end to form the 'lollipop' shape.
Prepare the marinade by mixing garlic paste, hot sauce (use sparingly), vinegar, sesame oil, white pepper, and salt.
Dica: Adjust the amount of hot sauce to your preference.
Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring the meat is well coated.
Dica: Let it marinate for 30 to 40 minutes to intensify the flavor.
Toss the marinated chicken with cornstarch to help create texture.
Bake the chicken lollipops in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
Prepare the refreshing sauce by combining plain yogurt, minced garlic, lime juice, mint, salt, and black pepper.
Dica: The sauce helps temper the heat, if any.
Serve the baked Chicken Lollipops with the yogurt sauce.
