Creme
  • 3 de Eggs
  • 1cup/tub de Cream cheese (creamy style)
  • 50g de Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1box/carton de Heavy cream
  • 1cup de Milk
Cobertura
  • 150g de Mozzarella cheese (for topping)
Finalização
  • Shoestring potatoes (potato sticks) opcional

In an oven-safe baking dish, combine the cooked rice, diced ham, the 300g of diced mozzarella cheese, drained corn, shredded carrot, chopped parsley, and chopped scallions.
