Recipe for a milk cake with a unique texture that is neither fluffy like a traditional cake nor like a pudding, ideal to enjoy with a cup of coffee.

Ingredients
- 3units de Eggs
- 1/2cup de Butter (or Margarine)
- 2cups de Granulated Sugar
- 4,5cups de Milk
- 2cups de All-Purpose Flour
- 1teaspoon de Vanilla Extract
Instructions
In the blender, add the three eggs, the half cup of butter (at room temperature or margarine), the two cups of granulated sugar, the four and a half cups of milk, the two cups of all-purpose flour, and the teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Blend the mixture well in the blender for approximately 3 minutes.
Add the remaining cup of milk to the mixture and stir briefly just to incorporate.
Dica: This recipe does not use leavening agent.
Pour the batter into a rectangular baking dish (suggested: 28x18x5 cm) previously greased with butter and dusted with all-purpose flour.
Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 200ºC.
Bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted comes out relatively clean, but still slightly moist.
Dica: The cake should come out slightly moist when touched with a skewer.
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely before serving.
