Recipe for an extremely creamy cornmeal pudding cake, made entirely in the blender, guaranteeing a unique texture and delicious cornmeal flavor.

Ingredients
- 3units de Eggs
- 50g de ButterSubstitui por: margarina
- 1cup de Sugar
- 1L de Milk
- 1/2cup de Cornmeal (fine grind)
- 1/4cup de All-purpose flourSubstitui por: farinha sem glúten
- 50g de Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1level tablespoon de Baking powder
Instructions
Add the eggs, butter, sugar, and milk to the blender.
Dica: If your blender cannot handle the total volume, separate and blend the excess milk later, returning it to the mixture at the end.
Add the cornmeal, all-purpose flour, grated Parmesan cheese, and baking powder to the liquid mixture.
Blend all ingredients in the blender for about 3 minutes, until a smooth batter is obtained.
Grease a baking pan (suggested dimensions: 28x1) with butter and dust with cornmeal.
Dica: Dusting with cornmeal helps ensure the cake doesn't stick.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
Place the pan in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) and bake for 1 hour.
After the first hour of cooking, turn off the oven and leave the cake inside for another 1 hour. This process is crucial for the correct formation of the pudding layer on top.
Dica: Do not remove the cake from the oven after turning it off; let it cool slowly inside.
Remove the cake from the oven after the resting time and serve, it can be served hot or cold.
