A surprising recipe for a cornmeal pudding cake, extremely creamy and delicious, made entirely in a blender.

Ingredients
- 3units de Eggs
- 1/4cup de Butter
- 50g de Butter (g)
- 1cup de Sugar
- 1Liter de Milk
- 1/2cup de Fine Cornmeal (Mimoso-style)
- 1/4cup de All-Purpose FlourSubstitui por: farinha de arroz
- 50g de Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1level tablespoon de Baking Powder
Instructions
Add the eggs, butter (room temperature or 50g), sugar, milk, fine cornmeal, all-purpose flour, grated Parmesan cheese, and baking powder to the blender.
Dica: If the recipe doesn't fit in the blender jar, temporarily remove one cup of milk, blend the rest, and then add the remaining milk separately, stirring gently.
Blend all ingredients in the blender for approximately 3 minutes until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Pour the cake batter directly into a rectangular baking pan measuring 11 inches by 7 inches and 1.75 inches deep.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 1 hour and a half.
Dica: After the initial time, keep the cake in the oven, but with the oven turned off, for another 1 hour to complete the cooking process and form the pudding texture.
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving to enjoy the creamy dessert.
