Recipe for a simple, very fluffy, and soft cake, made quickly and easily, perfect to enjoy with coffee.

Ingredients
- 3units de Eggs
- 1teaspoon de Vanilla extract
- 1,5cup de Sugar
- 1/2cup de Oil
- 1cup de Room temperature water opcionalSubstitui por: leite
- 2cups de All-purpose flour (without baking powder)
- 1level tablespoon de Baking powder
- Confectioners' sugar (Powdered Sugar) opcional
Instructions
Blend the eggs in a blender for approximately one minute.
Add the vanilla extract, sugar, and oil to the blender, and blend for another minute.
Add the room temperature water to the mixture and blend again.
Dica: If preferred, substitute the water with milk.
Sift and add the all-purpose flour (without baking powder) and baking powder to the batter, and blend for one more minute until a smooth batter is obtained.
Dica: The consistency of the batter should look appealing.
Grease a round tube pan (approximately 22 cm by 9 cm) with butter and all-purpose flour.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and place it in the oven to bake.
Bake in an electric oven heated on both top and bottom elements at 170°C (340°F), or in a conventional oven at 180°C (350°F), for about 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and dry.
Dica: Baking time may vary; perform the toothpick test to ensure it is fully baked.
Allow the cake to cool for 20 minutes before unmolding.
Dica: It can be eaten warm after unmolding.
If desired, finish by dusting the top of the cake with confectioners' sugar (using the specified brand of powdered sugar if you can find it).
Dica: Topping with confectioners' sugar is optional.
