Simple and quick pizza recipe made with slices of sandwich bread, layered with mayonnaise, tomato sauce, ham, cream cheese, and mozzarella, baked until golden.

Ingredients
- 1package de Sandwich bread loaf
- 1/2cup de MayonnaiseSubstitui por: requeijão cremoso
- 1/2cup de Seasoned tomato sauce
- 150g de Sliced ham opcional
- 1/2cup de Tomato sauce (additional)
- 1container de Creamy cream cheese spread
- 300g de Mozzarella cheese
- Tomato
- Salt opcional
- Black pepper opcional
- Olive oil
- Oregano
Instructions
Remove the crusts from the sandwich bread slices, if desired, and line the bottom of the baking dish without greasing it.
Dica: Using scissors is handy for trimming the crusts.
Spread a layer of mayonnaise (or cream cheese spread) over the bread slices in the baking dish.
Dica: The amount is approximately half a cup.
Cover the mayonnaise with a layer of seasoned tomato sauce (use a little more than half a cup, adjusting to taste).
Dica: You can assemble the pizza however you prefer.
Distribute the sliced ham over the tomato sauce.
Dica: This layer is optional but recommended.
Add another half cup of tomato sauce over the ham.
Dica: Extra sauce helps make the pizza flavorful.
Place one container of creamy cream cheese spread over the last layer of sauce. Lightly mix the cream cheese spread with the sauce to create a rosé sauce.
Dica: Mixing the cream cheese spread with the sauce makes the result spectacular.
Distribute the 300g of mozzarella cheese over the cream cheese spread and sauce mixture.
Dica: Mix the cream cheese spread with the sauce before adding the mozzarella to make assembly easier.
Slice the tomatoes and arrange them over the mozzarella, distributing them so that every pizza slice gets some.
Dica: Lightly season the tomatoes with a little salt and black pepper, if desired.
Drizzle the entire pizza with a thread of olive oil.
Dica: Use the olive oil sparingly on each portion.
Place the pizza in a preheated oven at 350ºF (180ºC) to bake for approximately 30 minutes.
Dica: Five minutes before turning off the oven, switch on the broiler to finish.
Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle oregano over the top, gently rubbing it with your hands to release the aroma.
