Ingredients
- 10grams de Active Dry Yeast
- 50grams de Sugar
- 50ml de Oil
- 100ml de Warm Milk
- 1unit de Egg
- 1teaspoon de Vanilla Extract
- 500grams de All-Purpose Flour
- 200grams de Unsalted Butter
- 100grams de Granulated Sugar
- 200grams de Shredded Coconut
- 1can de Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1can de Heavy Cream
- 200ml de Coconut Milk
Instructions
Mix the yeast, sugar, oil, egg, vanilla extract, and warm milk in a bowl
Gradually add the all-purpose flour and mix until a smooth dough is obtained
Let the dough rest for 40 minutes in a bowl covered with a kitchen towel
Mix the butter, granulated sugar, and shredded coconut in a bowl to make the filling
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and spread the filling evenly
Roll up the dough and cut into small rolls
Place the rolls in a prepared baking pan and let them rest for 40 minutes
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes
Mix the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and coconut milk in a bowl to make the glaze
Drizzle the glaze over the Hungarian slices and return to the oven for 5 minutes
